RENT WITH AN OPTION TO BUY: The initial rental period will be for a minimum of 10 years (ten) at the prices specified above. The decision to purchase or to continue with the rental until the end of the 10 (ten) years, will have to be made 3 months before the end of the third rental year on the rental agreement. If the decision is to make go ahead with the Option to Buy, a 30 of the rental paid (excluding I.V.A) will be refunded and applied to the purchase price which will be agreed upon at the beginning of the Rent with an Option to Buy agreement.
